Music Is More Important NOW Than EVER!

One of the biggest things that I've noticed over the last year is the quality of music in the mainstream commercial vein. Now, when I say quality I'm not referring to the actual sound quality. No, I'm talking about the song itself. The feel, the emotion, the movement, all of it. Or really, the lack of all of it. 

Music today just sounds lazy.

It sounds as if the music was a file picked to put meaningless lyrics to that were collected from 12 different people and slapped on line by line to fill a mediocre melody. And this hurts my feelings.

The good news is there's an opportunity for ANYONE to put out better music because people are literally craving for a sonic connection. Case in point: ZACH BRYAN.

Now, of course you might not be into that style of music and that's perfectly fine. You can still connect with an audience on the same level with any genre. Remember, music is an art so don't take it for granted. As Hemingway said, "All you have to do is write one true sentence. Write the truest sentence that you know."
